As the Operations Admin Assistant you must:

• Do necessary reports related to sales of the stores
• Coordinates with the respective departments regarding the concerns in the Operations.
• Establish quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the company’s efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated, identifies opportunities for improvements.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate business procedures.
• Ensures the work environment is adequate and safe.
• Implements policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations.
• Oversees sales activities, purchasing, and inventory, ensuring each is reaching its goals set by leadership.
• Plans, directs, controls, implements, evaluates, monitors, and forecasts each brand's budget and cost of sales to achieve financial objectives.
• Communicates and explains new directives, policies or procedures to OMs / AOMs.
• Improves customer service and satisfaction through policy and procedural changes.
• Leads Coordination and integration of efforts among operations and other departments.
• Project a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry and community.

Responsibilities (how we will measure success

• Preparation and sending of Daily email monitoring summary
• Preparation and sending of periodic reminders to clients
• Checking and processing of MAS Consultation Paper
• Updating MASNET Circular Check file when there are new circulars/announcements receive.
• Updating MAS Updates tracker
• Preparation and sending of Monday meeting agenda / upcoming L&E topics
• Host Company meeting – share screen and show leave calendar, AR, and Powerpoint
• Host External & Internal Training
• Checking and finalizing training attendance using snips, Teams attendance report, and recording using Attendee Summary excel file
• Processing of training certificates
