We are looking for someone that is highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite components mostly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop as well as in Microsoft Office Suite most specifically PowerPoint and Word. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects, as well as some video editing capabilities are a plus. With a thorough understanding of the craft, the candidate must have a successful track record in graphic design. Highly professional and creative, a team player, resourceful and thinks out of the box. WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

As the Executive Assistant to the VP, People and VP, Revenue, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive administrative support to the executives. You will prepare decks/templates, follow-up on OKRs and prepare documents and reports. Acting as gatekeepers, you will filter requests, maintain confidentiality, and often handle sensitive information with discretion. Additionally, you’ll have to oversee office management tasks, assist in event planning, and demonstrate adaptability and initiative by solving problems and multitasking effectively. • Document Preparation and Management: Assist in creating presentations and documents adhering to the branding guidelines, ensuring clear and effective communication
