The Graphic Designer will be focused on designing graphics for customers. Qualified candidates will have experience in the IT industry, have extensive knowledge of graphic design best practices, and be comfortable adopting brand standards. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers, instructional designers, and clients to understand their branding, design needs, and go-to-market goals 
• Design custom graphics, presentations, documents, and other visual assets that align with clients' brand guidelines and project objectives 
• Develop sales, marketing, and product-focused materials that effectively communicate key messages and value propositions 
• Ensure consistency in design across all client deliverables, maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail 
• Work closely with internal and external teams, including marketing, sales, and product teams, to ensure that design work supports broader business objectives 
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and client expectations

• Native or Fluent English speaker 
• 5 years experience in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in the IT industry.

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and presentation tools like PowerPoint or Google Slides

• Ability to create visually compelling designs that communicate complex information clearly and effectively

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented graphic designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing presentation decks and creating visually appealing content. The primary responsibilities of this role include elevating our delivery team’s client presentation decks, creating graphics and illustrations, and ensuring that all designs are visually consistent with the brand’s guidelines. The candidate should be proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and have a strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design. The candidate should also be able to work collaboratively with other designers and stakeholders to ensure that all designs meet the project’s requirements.

Your responsibilities: 

• Support delivery in elevation presentation decks for client pitch, delivery, and internal presentations within a set deadline
• Create graphics and illustrations that elevate the visual quality of the presentation decks.
• Collaborate delivery stakeholders to ensure that all designs meet the project’s requirements.

Purpose of the role

• Selected interns will be working on some of the world’s largest brands, your graphics-based designs and finished artwork may be implemented across multiple consumer touch points.

• As an apprentice, you will bring a committed and dedicated can-do attitude to the role. You are a fast worker with expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud applications and other design software. You also have a sharp eye for details and are very particular about color balance and accuracy. You will also have a keen sense of scale and work to client brand guidelines.

Responsibilities:
• Receive job briefs from the Traffic Manager
• Collaborate with the other members of the studio team
• Work on new and adaptation/transcreation consumer focused designs, including but not limited to POS, signage, consumer brochures/catalogues, direct marketing, etc., and digital work including display ads, banner advertising and digital mailers, EDMs, etc
• Responsible for maintaining full and proper artwork file management within the INDICIA system
• Ensure that the Traffic Manager and INDICIA team members are kept fully informed at all stages of relevant projects
• Ensure all checks and quality-control steps are taken at all stages of each job in order to simulate what is expected from a graphic designer

Relationships
• Collaborate and support INDICIA team members and with the central production hub
