• Revenue download, interface and reconciliation with invoicing system when needed.

The role is responsible for Subcontract Administration as part of the Source-to-Pay Team in Manila. 

• Prepare, review, verify, approve, and execute subcontracts under direct supervision.
• Issue Purchase Orders and Change Orders
• Maintain subcontract and procurement documentation.
• Follow and enforce procurement-related policies and procedures; maintain the SOP/DTP of current processes and incorporate documentation updates as required.
• Understand subcontracting terminology for application in day-to-day tasks.
• Assist Project Managers/project team in preparation of Purchase Requisitions (Subcontract Admin Form)
• Escalate and analyze identified issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution.
• Perform simple but varied tasks in compliance with service-level agreements, processes, policies, and procedures.
• Assess identified issues and collate documentation to investigate and resolve common and recurring issues. 
• Support selected simple process improvement initiatives to streamline processes.

You will need to combine your technical skills with excellent customer care. You will be expected to:

• Create video reports from footage that comes in from the field, making sure they are prepared accurately and according to the client’s specifications;
• Inform inspectors and back-office promptly in case of problems, and follow up to make sure any discrepancies have been corrected;
• Validate incoming inspection reports if they meet all the appropriate requirements.
