The Graphic Designer will be focused on designing graphics for customers. Qualified candidates will have experience in the IT industry, have extensive knowledge of graphic design best practices, and be comfortable adopting brand standards. Your role will require the ability to rapidly iterate upon designs in accordance with Skillibrium and customer requirements. 

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers, instructional designers, and clients to understand their branding, design needs, and go-to-market goals 
• Design custom graphics, presentations, documents, and other visual assets that align with clients' brand guidelines and project objectives 
• Develop sales, marketing, and product-focused materials that effectively communicate key messages and value propositions 
• Ensure consistency in design across all client deliverables, maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail 
• Work closely with internal and external teams, including marketing, sales, and product teams, to ensure that design work supports broader business objectives 
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and client expectations 
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices, particularly in the IT sector

This role requires someone who can deliver exceptional video content rapidly. The person needs to be able to frequently iterate upon designs in accordance with customer requirements, while meeting aggressive deadlines.

• Video Production and Editing: Produce and edit high-quality videos. Take ownership of video projects from design to final editing and post-production. Utilize video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) and motion graphics tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects) to create engaging visual content 
• Professional-Grade Videos. Edit raw video footage into polished, high-quality videos, ensuring smooth transitions, clear audio, and professional-grade output 
• Motion Graphics: Conceptualize, design, and execute captivating motion graphics for videos and other digital media. Bring podcast-style learning videos, how-to videos, and training videos to life through visually engaging animations that are produced rapidly

•    Assist in filing of documents. 
•    Assist in copying/scanning/printing/tagging/labeling/data encoding. 
•    Assist in transferring equipment from one place to another. 

IT asset tasks:
•    Assist in conducting IT equipment Inventory for disposal 
•    Assist in organizing IT in stock/ obsolete unit per team 
•    Assist in organizing newly delivered/ returned equipment
