About the Job:
Role: Operations Associate (with project management exp)
Schedule: Full Time | 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time
Type of Contract: Independent Contractor
Salary: up to 1,600 USD per month (depending on skills and experience)
In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer success processes, lead nurturing, data management, and internal communications. Your role will involve direct interaction with clients, administrative support to executives, and ensuring that all internal processes are running efficiently.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Success
- Serve as the first point of contact for new customers, addressing their needs and ensuring access to our product.
- Conduct bi-weekly check-ins with clients via Slack and schedule clients for more in-depth assistance with the Customer Success Manager.
- Request customer reviews after auditing their use of the platform 60 days after their subscriptions begin.
Lead Nurturing
- Call booked leads on Closer calendars and confirm their attendance for scheduled meetings.
Data/Subscription Upkeep
- Ensure leads are properly tagged in the CRM and maintain active subscriptions after the Customer Success Manager enables their software access.
Internal Communications
- Facilitate effective communication within the executive and Sales/Account Management teams.
Ad-hoc Executive Admin Tasks
- Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings.
- Handle initial executive admin tasks and manage small-scale projects under supervision.
Immediate tasks anticipated for the candidate to fully own on week 1:
- Attend onboarding sessions and meet with key team members.
- Begin familiarizing with company systems and tools.
- Take over basic data entry and management tasks.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings.
- Start managing small-scale projects under supervision.
- Handle initial executive admin tasks such as calendar management and travel arrangements.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the role or in project management
- Has a strong background and well- educated in financial markets, trading, excluding crypto.
- Proficient in using tools like Trello, with experience in project management or operations.
- Proficiency in GoHighLevel and other tools such as Google Workspace and Slack
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
