Job Title: Branding & Packaging Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Branding & Packaging Designer to join our team. This role requires a professional with a strong background in brand development, visual design, and product presentation. The ideal candidate will have proven experience creating distinctive and eye-catching brand identities, packaging designs, and product images for online platforms like Amazon, along with a sharp eye for details and aesthetics.

Responsibilities:

• Brand Development: Create a cohesive and professional brand identity, including logo, brand theme, color scheme, icons, and typography, ensuring all elements align with the brand's mission and values.
• Packaging Design: Design visually appealing, functional, and market-appropriate product packaging that resonates with the target audience and stands out in both online and offline retail spaces.
• Product Image Creation: Develop high-quality, professional product images optimized for Amazon and other e-commerce platforms, ensuring compliance with platform standards and guidelines.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in all branding elements across different touchpoints, including packaging, product images, digital assets, and print materials.
• Graphic Design: Design custom visuals for promotional materials, social media, and marketing campaigns to enhance brand recognition and engagement.
• Market Research: Conduct research on competitors and industry trends to ensure designs are fresh, relevant, and competitive.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align design outputs with business objectives and brand strategy.
• Feedback Incorporation: Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders, iterating on designs to meet brand goals and quality standards.

As an Amazon Graphic Designer, you will craft compelling infographics, product listings, A+ content, PPC ads, and storefronts, ensuring they align with our brand and marketing goals. Your role emphasizes creativity, aesthetic precision, and an ability to balance multiple projects under tight deadlines. You'll collaborate closely with our team, staying ahead of design trends to deliver innovative, brand-enhancing visuals for our Amazon presence.

• Primary Responsibilities: Design modern infographics, product listings, premium A+ content, PPC Banner ads, and storefronts.
• Design Alignment: Align designs with marketing objectives, identity guidelines, advertisements, and website design principles. The design style is authoritative and trusting.
• Creativity and Aesthetics: Utilize a strong aesthetic sense to combine colors, fonts, and layouts appealingly and cohesively.
• Collaboration: Work effectively with team members, including designers, marketers, and project managers.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

• Essential Skills: Design talent, eye for detail, and timely project completion.

• Experience: Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud which includes (photoshop and Illustrator)

• Education: Relevant qualifications in design or related fields.

Highly Advantageous:

• Experience working for consumer-packed goods or pet-related products
• Figma knowledge is advantageous but not required. 

Goals and Expectations:

• First 30 Days: Acclimate to brand style and create gallery images.
• 30-60 Days: Create banner ads and storefront creative.
• 60-90 Days: Proactively generate creative assets based on market trends
