OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE:

The Senior Manager of HR at Elka Asenso will be responsible for overseeing the human resources functions, ensuring compliance with Filipino Labour Law, and fostering a positive work environment. •At least 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.

•In-depth knowledge of Filipino Labour Law and HR best practices.
