You will need to combine your technical skills with excellent customer care. You will be expected to:
- Create video reports from footage that comes in from the field, making sure they are prepared accurately and according to the client’s specifications;
- Inform inspectors and back-office promptly in case of problems, and follow up to make sure any discrepancies have been corrected;
- Validate incoming inspection reports if they meet all the appropriate requirements.
