Working Schedule :  Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (PST) | 12 AM - 8 AM (Philippine Time)

Salary Range:  $1000-$1500 / Monthly

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Design Studio Assistant will play a vital role in supporting our design team by managing documentation, scheduling, and communication tasks. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills to ensure the smooth operation of the design studio.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review and edit client selection templates based on current documentation.
• Manage client documentation through Docusign, ensuring all documents are accurately processed.
• Communicate status updates to the team regarding DocuSign activities.
• Manage the calendar by scheduling client meetings, team meetings, and training sessions.
• Audit client documentation to identify and address any missing items.
• Assist with projects to evaluate multiple client files, ensuring changes or corrections are consistently applied.
• Update and maintain department trackers to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Contact suppliers to request samples and follow up on delivery.
• Communicate with vendors and trades for status updates on various projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative or assistant role.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software programs (e.g., Envision, Procore).
• Experience using Adobe for document editing.
• Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude.
• Willingness and ability to learn Docusign and manage its processes.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluency in English.

DEVICE / CONNECTIVITY REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 50mbps internet speed
• Must have their own Permanent Work From Home Equipment like Laptop and Personal Computer with External Monitor.

JOB TITLE: Creative Virtual Assistant

COMPANY: Support Shepherd

SALARY: $1,000 - $2,000/ month (Depending on the interview result and the client's approval)

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Creative Virtual Assistant. As a Creative Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and creative support. You will assist in various tasks such as content creation, social media management, graphic design, and video editing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist in developing creative content for marketing campaigns

- Manage and update social media accounts

- Create eye-catching graphics for digital platforms

QUALIFICATIONS:

Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM Pacific Time / 1AM - 10AM PH Time

Salary: $800 - $1500 / per month

• Technical execution. This means you will be responsible for attending to comments and revisions for existing and new client projects with the guidance of the Graphic Design Manager in a timely, professional and organized manner utilizing strong knowledge in multiple media areas and programs like InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.

• Optimizing the design process. This means you will be a key player in helping maintain an optimized workflow to standardize project flow and execution. The goal is to be on top of incoming client requests and deadlines making sure that all assets submitted are within the Artisans visual and technical standards.

• Critical thinkers. This means you have the ability to decide independently when needed and are able to creatively find a way around atypical roadblocks and challenges to help deliver and enforce solutions.

• 2-3 years of experience as a Junio Graphic Designer.
• Maintain an organized and optimized workflow
