We are looking for a detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Analyst to work with our existing client. This role involves financial modeling, market research, and preparing reports to support our client's investment decisions.

Work Schedule: 9am - 6 pm EST (Monday - Friday)

Job Type: Fully-Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze real estate investments, including acquisitions and developments.
• Create financial models to assess property performance and returns.
• Research market trends, property data, and comparable sales/rentals.
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership and clients.
• Assist with due diligence, including reviewing leases and financial documents.
• Monitor property performance and market conditions.

• Previous work experience as a Real Estate Analyst, or other roles.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word; financial modeling experience preferred.
• Familiarity with filemaker pro and skills in internet searching
• Knowledge of real estate terms and metrics (e.g., cap rates, NOI, IRR).
• Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Advanced knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
• The ability to use spreadsheet applications to maintain and develop operational reporting
• Exceptional time management, organizational and prioritization skills to complete work in a timely manner
• The ability to work both independently and in a team setting within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Adaptability to learn a variety of software programs
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
