About the role:

Candidate for this position must be extremely organized, methodical, diligent and have experience with Property Management and Leasing in New York City. This is a high-level position with a focus on administrative responsibilities. Responsibilities:

Tenant Relations

• Maintain high customer service standards. Promptly respond to all resident requests within 24 hours during regular office hours from Monday-Friday, and work with residents and maintenance to minimize and resolve resident problems and complaints.
• Manage all work orders – from dispatching maintenance to completion of each work order, property manager must ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner and that the resident is satisfied. Must be able to prioritize the urgency of work orders and requests, as well as follow up after completion.
• Must be reachable and responsive after office hours via email to help manage emergency building issues (this happens occasionally – i.e. if there’s a big storm).
