The Software Engineer is responsible for development, implementation, and maintenance of software solutions. The role includes working on Front-end and back-end systems. The main duties include understanding user requirements, translating them to Front/Back End code, developing database objects and APIs.

The candidate will provide analysis, design, coding, debugging, testing, and support of software applications.

1. Works with the Agile Program Manager (APM), Digital Product Manager (DPM), and Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to accurately capture stakeholder requests and system specifications and translate them into engineering artifacts, which typically include design specifications, source code, test scripts and test results.
2. Works with Senior Software Engineers to ensure that the engineering realization is in accordance with Enterprise Architecture principles and software development best practices.
3. As part of Agile teams, completes software development work which includes application design, coding, code review and testing. Keeps Agile team and APM apprised of project status.
4. Offers suggestions to stakeholders on devising effective and efficient approaches to achieve project and program objectives.
5. Manages engineering risks by proactively tracking and communicating issues and devising methods to mitigating them.
6. Supports business units in the resolution of in-depth user questions and issues following production support process and SLA’s.
7. Maintains a working knowledge of new technology and software engineering standards, practices and tools.
8. Collaborates with IT management to define and develop documentation & engineering artifact standards, guidelines, processes, and templates.

The Real Time Analyst is responsible for monitoring all call queues and ensuring adequate actions are taken on rosters to ensure target metrics are achieved.

The Real Time Analyst will monitor agent activities ensuring adherence to schedules and activity entries are up to date with scheduling systems.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain rosters in line with business and staff requests.
• Maintain real time activities for a clear view of rostering data
• Produce highly accurate reports highlighting results across key business drivers, including trends.
• Analysis of data and reporting to identify emerging trends and anomalies, in order to communicate to workforce planner.
• Analysis of data and reporting to identify business opportunities and continuous improvement 
• Work with the business to ensure that key tasks performed drive Business Success.
• Maintain a high level of professional communications with internal and external stakeholders
• Accuracy in all work completed
• Adherence to your schedule
• Maintaining a high standard of output while completing tasks within reasonable timeframes.
• To perform other related tasks as necessary from time to time.

We’re searching for a Real Time Analyst Supervisor to lead our RTA Team as they monitor and make changes to positively affect the performance of our Customer Service Representatives. We’re looking for someone with a good understanding of contact center functions including scheduling, call queues and forecasting volumes by half-hour segments.

As Real Time Analyst Supervisor, You Will…

As Real Time Analyst Supervisor, You Have…

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Some post-secondary or completion of post-secondary schooling (preferred)
• 1-2 years experience in the contact center and/or customer service industry
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
• Advanced knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
• The ability to use spreadsheet applications to maintain and develop operational reporting
• Exceptional time management, organizational and prioritization skills to complete work in a timely manner
• The ability to work both independently and in a team setting within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Adaptability to learn a variety of software programs
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
