Bollore Logistics Asia Pacific is seeking a Customer Operations Solution Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and finding effective solutions to meet customer needs and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Responsible to handle all customer inquiries and concerns.
- • Ensuring that the organization’s processes remain legally compliant in all transactions.
- • Ensuring that all operational activities/transactions are carried on appropriately; with effective cost-profit technique.
- • Ensuring the quality performance to meet the respective KPIs.
- • Ensuring the quality performance to avoid penalty and surhcarges.
- • Analyze the transaction with the resources available to maximize the profitablity.
- • Sensitive to reinforce the needs of the customer.
- • Provide operational solution at all times with effective cost-profit technique.
- • Provide quality and effective solution to the customers.
- • Positive thinker and aggressive to achieve the target and objective set.
- • Monitor all shipments until billed.
- • Prepare daily monitoring for accounts handle.
- • Prepare weekly, monthly report for Sales business review.
- • Join the Sales team for client meeting, as needed.
- • Communicates with counterpart and secure instructions to handle any shipments.
- • Ensure that pre-alert receive by OPS prior to arrival of the cargo.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding operations or customer services
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and procedures
- Experience with customs declaration systems (e.g. VNACCS/VICS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Account management experience or knowledge of the fashion industry is a plus
- Team-oriented mindset
- Detail-oriented and goal-driven
