Responsibilities:

• Address concerns via incoming calls   
• Answer inquiries thru intercom 
• Do outbound calls to nurses and facilities    
• Complede side project assigned by the client if there's any           

Monthly Salary: PHP 21,000

• At least 6 months of BPO experience
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Must be willing to work on-site Shaw Mandaluyong
