Answer incoming calls promptly. Using excellent customer service, telephone, and communication skills including tone and accuracy. Collect personal demographic and injury information from patients to provide the medical provider with the most accurate material. Transfer phone calls to the designated medical provider on call. Communicate with the medical provider team daily.

• Answer all incoming calls promptly
• Address and identify the injury and level of emergency. If non-life threatening continue with intake and notify the appropriate medical provider. If emergency, obtain a medical provider urgently prior to obtaining patient information.
• Verify and accurately enter all patient demographic information via telephone into the appropriate intake form including their incident description and job location.
• Maintain a calm environment that builds trust and confidence.
• Assist the patient with connection to medical provider via audio or video conference.
