Position : Customer Strategy Manager

Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and create strategic presentations and proposals
- Develop budgets for use in proposals and packages
- Support all aspects of sales enablement email communications including but not limited to: copywriting, creation, deployment, communications calendar, and analysis
- Synthesize and analyze program recaps to build strong case studies used for reselling
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Account Management teams to develop compelling and results-driven sampling campaigns
- Assist with various projects that help with brand storytelling
- Communicate with all levels of management, on status of all projects, changes in strategy, standards, initiatives, priorities and resources if needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or as necessary. Remain flexible and adaptable in work schedules and work assignments as defined by departmental and organizational needs.
- At least 3-4 years of previous experience in a position in strategy or integrated marketing
- Knowledge of sampling, digital, shopper marketing, e-commerce and/or CPG a plus.
- Strong copywriting skills required
- Strong presentation skills, speaking ability and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of core advertising and marketing functions.
- Ability to prioritize multiple demands simultaneously.
- Self-motivated; self-starter; meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computers including in-depth knowledge of Google SuiteĀ
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, phone, and email
- Strong time management skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on, rapidly changing environment
