Position: Customer Service Specialist (part-time)
Work Hours: 15-20 hours per week between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PH Time (with flexibility to work on weekends if needed)
Holidays: Philippine holidays
Pay Range: USD 400 - 500 per month (depending on qualifications and skills)
Responsibilities:
- Turn potential customers into paying customers.
- Upsell our products to paying customers in a way that is meaningful (i.e. provides value to the customer) and converts.
- Convert clients into raving fans who are active in the community and continue to purchase products.
- Solve customer problems in the first interaction with them and go above and beyond. We want to provide an amazing customer experience.
- Help with creating new products and improving existing products based on customer feedback.
- Identify key processes within the company and improve efficiencies by creating an internal wiki of these processes.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Grow revenue generated from the client success team to 20% of all company revenue.
- Have a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of over 90.
- Average resolution time of less than 24 hours
- Contractor satisfaction of greater than 90%.
- Survey contractors after project completion asking them to score us on communication, clarity of project scope and feedback, responsiveness, etc.
- Create an internal wiki of the company’s most important processes.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
- Good oral and written communication skills (English language).
- Exceptional customer relationship and organization skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and comfortable talking with customers on the phone.
- Positive attitude, empathy, and patience towards customers.
- Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and situations.
