• Sales Offers – Proactively offering sales campaigns and products during customer interactions

• New sale or service orders - ensure the new sales and service orders are accurate, the Customer expectation is aligned, the service is activated/changed at the agreed time and the customer’s bill is accurate and understood

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a competent IT Help Desk Technician to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems. You will answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them.

An excellent Help Desk Technician must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. They must also be customer-oriented and patient to deal with difficult customers.

The goal is to create value for clients that will help preserve the company’s reputation and business. The ideal candidate will be a IT Help Desk Technician that is a professional and provides technical support and assistance to internal IT customers, whether on the phone or in person.

What will you do?

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email

The People Advisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of a variety of HR and safety functions throughout most of the employee life cycle including employee relations, performance management and development, coaching, workplace health and safety, workers' compensation, fitness for work, employee engagement, organisational culture, reward and recognition.

The IT Helpdesk Technician be part of a highly technical engineering team responsible for 
architecting and delivering solutions. This role will be a unique blend of hands on delivery, solutions design and architecture.

The IT Specialist’s role is to ensure proper computer and software operation 
and to assist end users when problems occur, so that end users can accomplish business tasks. This includes receiving, prioritising, documenting and actively resolving end user requests. There are a number of technologies that we envision being part of our future, or valuable skills that will make understanding our existing architecture easier. These include
Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostic and tracking tools as well as a requirement for the individual to give in-person, hands-on Help desk assistance.

The Customer Care Centre is responsible for delivering outstanding consumer experiences that are effortless and delightful. A Customer Contact Centre Officer plays a key role as the first point of contact for Electrolux Home Products consumers and customers. 

A Typical Day Working within the Customer Care Centre is a fast paced and dynamic role, with a number of teams working together to provide our consumers and customers with outstanding experiences. A Customer Champion Lead / Insights Lead acts as the customer’s voice channel.  This position will have the accountability to work across the organization to ensure that the Company does not only know the sentiments of the customer, but that these are listened to, understood and acted upon.

They have to be customer service winners that genuinely puts customer’s interest on priority.  The Customer champion will be empowered to take a lead in improving customer experience at every stage of interaction.  The lead will be responsible to take on customer focus strategies that will be successfully implemented, executed and reinforced to drive sustainable results / improvements.

The lead must be able to perform root cause and effect analysis, data driven and impact analysis to link these insights and customer data to all KPIs and process. The end result is to effectively support effective performance management.  The customer champion must correlate FCR, eNPS, Resolution, Compliance, TBE and Strength of Offer to deliver solid actions in extending excellent customer experience.
