We're looking for a Channel Strategy Consultant to join our Client Care Operations team. You'll develop and implement channel strategies tailored to our business needs, build strong business relationships, and lead projects to boost operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Channel Strategy:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Visa client care organizations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to optimize channel strategies.
  • Design and implement effective channel strategies for client care organizations.
  • Analyze processes and suggest improvements to enhance client satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Monitor the performance of strategies to ensure they meet business/client expectations.
  • Adjust strategies based on performance metrics and feedback.
• Project Management:
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery aligned with business goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for seamless project execution.
  • Chair and participate in meetings for new business requests related to channel opportunities.
  • Validate deployments to ensure releases meet business criteria.
  • Manage pre/post-project testing and coordinate agent-level testing with the contact center.
  • Conduct retrospective reviews for projects and implementations as needed.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and tech.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of business/client and internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with Contact Center leaders and teams to identify risks and escalate issues with mitigation plans.
  • Provide thought leadership to managers, supervisors, stakeholders, and developers.
• Strategy:
  • Consider broad strategic issues and articulate their impacts.
  • Improve corporate knowledge and best practices by creating/enhancing documentation and processes.

This is a hybrid role, alternating between remote and office work. You'll be expected to work from the office two days a week, usually Tuesdays and Wednesdays, aiming for 50% office time based on business needs.

• 5+ years' experience as project/program manager/Subject Matter Expert, delivering complex system-integrated business application projects. Ideal candidate will have deep knowledge and experience with project planning, execution, go-to-market activities, and managing cross-functional, global project teams.
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently while coordinating activities with cross-divisional teams to achieve desired results, effectively prioritize and multi-task under tight deadlines.
• Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives and complex situations simultaneously
• Visa subject matter and/or payments expertise
• Strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles
• Excellent analytical, communication, written, presentation, interpersonal, and time management with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse groups of executives, managers, and subject matter experts
• Understanding of Genesys IWS, Chat, Telephony, IVR and associated routing, queue functionality and reporting
• Understanding and a willingness to learn Artificial Intelligence related to Bot and reporting functionality
• Experience with Knowledge Management systems and methodologies and KM governance

Acceptance Solutions Service Enablement the team responsible for the end-to-end user journey and support servicing model for clients: Issuers, Acquirers, Processors, Technology Partners, and Merchant who accept and process digital and face to face digital transactions.  Acceptance Solutions is one pillar of the Value-Added Services global servicing and support team working with clients worldwide to develop and deliver the best servicing and support model for Visa.

The Service Enablement team is the liaison between Client Services and internal teams. This role is recognized as a thought leader and authority on client enablement functions and needs. This role prioritizes our customers and places them at the heart of our business operations, products, and enhancements. The goal is to offer positive experiences to our customers using common goals and data to drive improvements.

What You’ll Do, Day To Day.

• Hold teams accountable to improve the client experience through data driven projects that tie to OKRs and goals

• Maintenance and creation of all artifacts such as end to end journey maps

• Visio mapping to document regional and functional processes to highlight where we have differences and inefficiencies, and leverage as a tool to identify areas of opportunity. This will also serve as a resource to share with stakeholders

• Continuous improvement to existing services and processes

• Maintain a continuous path of global CS communication to provide timely feedback to Product 

• Identify/prioritize key product needs, dependencies with regions, define success measures and track status with internal teams

• Engage with Product to provide input to design, development, implementation, client engagement and support process with regional feedback and a client lens 

• Support Client Services as an escalation contact for improving the client experience

• Responsible for workflow assignments and maintain commitments toward taking initiative to resolve problems and meet deadlines

• Provide governance to meet target milestones

• Streamline internal processes to enhance effectiveness

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
