This role is to support resolution by providing quality, timely and effective customer support via various digital channels such as social media, chat and email. Here’s what an ordinary day looks like :

• Provide quality and timely customer service via the organization’s digital channels by responding directly to customer questions, feedback, and complaints in live chat,social and web.
• Creatively and accurately articulate responses via excellent written communication skills regarding AirAsia products and services.
• Follow required procedures and processes to resolve customer inquiries or complaints; Assist customers with learning how to use and where to find AirAsia products and services.
• Assist Customer Experience team to identify and report system trends and abnormalities. Use a computer to accurately record customer interactions or support transactions; Generate sales or do upselling while providing exceptional service to meet personal and team sales target.
• Remain current in the airline by acquiring products and services information, latest details and industry related news which impacts support.
• Participate in training and development activities.​
• Other duties as assigned.

This job is ideal for you if you also:

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree holder.
• Having previous customer service experience would be an added advantage.
• Able to work on 24/7 shift rotation including weekends & public holidays.
• Able to work on midnight shift.
• Must have excellent verbal and written English and additional language of either Chinese/ Tagalog/ Thai/ Vietnamese/ Indonesian/ Korean/ Japanese communication skills, any other additional languages is greatly welcomed.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented and able to multitask. Ability to work with very minimal guidance or supervision and strong time management skills.
• Must be an assertive team player with high energy to work in a fast-paced environment.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

1. Sales / Service Efficiency

• Achieve monthly Key Performance Index (KPI) and Sales targets
• Act and prevent contract terminations and ensure customer contract retention
• Monitor, evaluate and ensure customer service satisfaction
• Act on changing customer needs, market conditions and competitor activity with speed and quality
• Conduct complete survey; ensure pertinent details are clearly stated.
• Sell according to the prescribed pricing as per the price list and discount structure or as approved by the management.
• Comply to all processes and procedures, quality standards
• Use appropriate sales kits and sell professionally.

2. Administration and Policy Directive

• Ensure all required documents/ paper works (like Service Agreements/Job Acceptance, SRS, IDAR, Service Cards, Credit Checklist, etc.) for contract renewal and up-selling businesses are complete and accurate and in accordance with SOP.

• Drive SHE policy compliance and zero tolerance policy. Achieve LTAR target set for the year for both Pest Control & Hygiene
• Attend regular meetings to address issues and concerns, performance review and weekly updates.
• Maintain accurate records and submit on time all reports and documents as required by management.
• Attend to other work related duties as may be assigned to you from time to time.

3. Customer Development

• Ensure all Customer complaints & inquiries are acted as a matter of urgency and importance following the company SOPs and 2/24 promise.
• Conduct regular face to face customer visit to maintain good business relationship and thus improve customer retention.
• Act on potential sales and collection opportunities to help generate additional new business, up-selling and improve collection.
• Attend required trainings, meetings, conferences and other official company functions necessary for business growth, government legislation compliance and customers’ requirement.
• Ensure satisfactory after sales service is provided to clients and provide regular communications between the client and team, to provide strong team representation to meet the customer’s expectations.
• To attend to all enquiries from prospects and existing customers.
• Act on customer needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality delivery of the agreed solutions and services
• Build rapport with customer and develop additional and repeat business
• Execute of the Customer Contact Strategy for the purpose of customer satisfaction and retention.

4. Collection / Credit Management

• To assist with the collection of debts and credit issues.
• To manage the wellness of the customer’s account in ensuring good credit status and liaise with the credit controllers on effective cash collection to customers.

Sales/ Service Efficiency

• Achieve the agreed sales target.

Credit Management

• Drive cash collection as one of important aspects within the CD team, ensuring the DSO targets are achieved consistently across the customer base.
• Actively involve with customers to ensure credit is kept within the targeted guidelines of the business.
• Assist with the collection of debts and credit issues.
• All monetary collection shall be returned to the company no later than two (2) days

Administration and Policy Directive

• Ensure all required documents are in order for New Business, Renewals and Jobs Sales prior to service or treatment.
• Develop, recommend and implement policies that would increase productivity thereby realizing and achieving sales targets, reduce customer complaints, and controls that would minimize if not eliminate risk & losses to the business.

Working Hours: M-F CST, 8AM to 5PM or 9AM to 6PM or 7AM to 4PM (can be pretty flexible)

Salary Range: 800-1500 USD/month

About the job:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Paralegal/Admin Support to join our team. This role will  work closely with the management and help with their day-to-day activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide back-end support on billing, organization, calendar (CLIO)
• Work on managing client expectations
• Assign to opening and closing files
• Assign organization of cloud storage (dropbox) and other legal/administrative roles
• Work on communicating and following up with providers who are supposed to be getting something for us
• Work on setting up calls/ sending invitation, out them on schedules
• Assign on keeping track of payments, due payments, etc.
• Will work mostly with Seth and other 2 individuals

Qualifications:

• Must be knowledgeable in CLIO (willing to provide training) through CLIO (it's all in there)
• Must be proficient in using Word & Excel and Google Suite
• Must have a solid experience as an Admin Support or similar role
• Must be comfortable with communicating with the providers (client-facing)
• Must have a good command of speeches
• Must have an Excellent Communication Skills
• Must have worked in any kind of law firm in the same role (legal knowledge is not required)
