What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- At least 4 years of working experience on a similar role
- Finance and banking industry experience.
- Experience with any CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Nice to have:
- Fidelity Investments software experience is a huge advantage
What will you do?
- Transfer of Assets Reconciliation
- Bulk Journal Reconciliation
- Document management support– via automation and manually from various portals
- Collect and file accounts statements and year-end tax information
- Assist with Tax Doc program support
- Monitor custodial account alerts, determine action required
- Maintain client accounts in good order and update client information as needed
- Comply with regulatory and internal process requirements
- Perform special projects and other duties as needed
