The Customer Experience Associates will assist our Customer Experience Lead in giving quality customer support to the buyers and sellers of the platform and maintaining the Marketplace Experience of our users. This is an 12-month project-based role (under a third-party agency) in Ortigas, Pasig. 

Responsibilities:

• Providing friendly and personal support to the client community via email and chat support channels.

CPS Thought leadership and analysis consultant:

Leader and escalation point for CPS product related questions: 

• Panel Enhancement: Lead the process of CPS panel enhancement as the central communication point between CS team and PL/Operation team. 
• Data challenge: Internally, lead communication with different functions to solve escalated CPS data challenges in reasonable cycle time. Externally, together with account AD/Consultant to explain the data challenge to clients.
