The Customer Care Support will be part of our extraordinary Customer Support team where you will be responsible for supporting card holders’ needs on a variety of Visa products via inbound phone calls. You will complete work according to well-defined policies and procedures while delivering a positive customer interaction. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

• Taking responsibility: You will handle customer enquiries in writing and by telephone in English. You will support customers with their extensive requests concerning various digital topics such as vehicle applications and the like.
• Think comprehensively: In case of challenges with booked services in the vehicle you are the first point of contact and present possible solutions to the customer in 1st or 2nd level support.
• Implement reliably: Forwarding technical issues to the appropriate departments is just a part of your responsibilities aside from communicating with specialist centers. You will also educate our customers on the existing digital product portfolio.

• Monitor and optimize service delivery performance: Track key metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement initiatives to drive service quality and efficiency.
• Own critical incidents: Take ownership of complex issues, coordinate resolution efforts, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders throughout the process.
• Develop deep understanding of service delivery: Analyze projects and processes to gain insights into scope, challenges, and potential optimization opportunities.
• Lead service improvement initiatives: Design and implement strategies to enhance service delivery, including automation, runbook creation, and L3 collaboration.
• Optimize the L2 support team: Implement a shared services model through cross-skilling and training, leading to cost savings and improved resource utilization.
• Foster continuous improvement: Analyze internal and external processes to identify and implement strategies for service delivery optimization.
• Drive accountability and ownership: Ensure the L2 support team meets service level agreements (SLAs) and customer expectations, proactively driving future demand.

About the role:

As a Service Delivery Director, you will provides leadership for service delivery team including planning, coaching, recruitment, selection, performance development and mentoring. Develops and recommends tactical and strategic plans for information processing operations.

What you will be doing:

• Monitors staff performance, works with employees to implement goals and document progress.

• Manages resources in a cost-effective, innovative manner including assisting subordinates in effective use of resources and tools.

What you will need:

• Must have at least 15 years of work experience as a Service Delivery Director spearheading project implementations for Banking and Payments.

• Must have an extensive knowledge with PaaS and have project implementation background for Payments: IST Switch, EMV, Switch Implementations, Card Migration.

• A sound background with Resource Management, System and Product Analysis/ Development for Financial Services.

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

• Requires strong management, organizational, team building, coaching and mentoring skills

• Requires strong business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills, long-term vision and executive presence

• Considerable knowledge of all operations lifecycle phases, e.g., requirements definition, risk management, implementation, deployment, maintenance

• Considerable knowledge of IT production administration and operations activities and controls
