Position Overview:
A Car Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with car insurance policies. This role involves interacting with clients via phone, email, or chat, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries regarding car insurance policies, coverage options, claims, and billing.
• Assist customers with policy changes, renewals, cancellations, and endorsements.
• Provide accurate information about car insurance products and services.
2. Claims Assistance:
• Guide customers through the claims process, ensuring they understand the required steps and documentation.
• Collaborate with claims adjusters and other team members to expedite claim resolution.
3. Policy Management:
• Process new policy applications, verify customer information, and issue insurance documents.
• Update customer accounts with accurate information, including address changes and payment details.
4. Problem Resolution:
• Address and resolve customer complaints or disputes effectively and efficiently.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments when necessary.
5. Sales Support:
• Provide quotes for car insurance policies and offer cross-sell or up-sell opportunities.
• Explain discounts and savings options to customers.
6. Compliance:
• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and state laws regarding car insurance.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information.

Previous experience in customer service or the insurance industry preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Salary: P35,000 to P38,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in end-to-end processing and administration of loan with Australian Mortgage Broking.
• Experience in using MyCRM, Infinity, AFG Flex, Mercury Nexus, Podium, or other AU mortgage CRM.
• Experience in using Project Management Tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Notion, Trello etc).

Nice to Have:

• Experience in HubSpot
• Certificate IV Financing & Mortgage Brokering

What will you do?

• Handle, analyse and prepare client loan applications.
• Distribute documents such as 'Hello' Pack, Credit Guide, File Invite, and Online Fact Find.
• Review client documents and fact-find sessions and manage data entry and credit report requests.
• Initiate new loan applications after lead generation or Online Fact Find.
• Share the Game Plan with customers for review and e-signature.
• Upload supporting documents from the designated folder (Google Drive) and submit via Apply Online (NextGen).
• Facilitate application validation and final checks in Apply Online.

What will you do?

• Ensures timely response to inbound calls.

• Initiates outbound calls as needed to address customer concerns.
• Adopts a "First Time Right" approach to resolve inquiries promptly whenever feasible.

Help Desk Ticket Management

• Supervise and oversee email and live chat communications.
• Handle a queue of support tickets with conflicting priorities.
• Investigate, address, or prioritize tickets using outbound calls, emails, or chats.
• Elevate tickets to the appropriate internal team or third-party partner with all relevant details when necessary.
• Keep customers informed about ongoing issues in a consistent and timely manner following SLAs.
