**LOOKING FOR FILIPINOS OR PHILIPPINES-BASED CANDIDATES**
Position : Paralegal/Admin Support
Working Hours: M-F CST, 8AM to 5PM or 9AM to 6PM or 7AM to 4PM (can be pretty flexible)
Salary Range: 800-1500 USD/month
Holiday : PH Holiday
About the job:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Paralegal/Admin Support to join our team. This role will work closely with the management and help with their day-to-day activities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide back-end support on billing, organization, calendar (CLIO)
- Work on managing client expectations
- Assign to opening and closing files
- Assign organization of cloud storage (dropbox) and other legal/administrative roles
- Work on communicating and following up with providers who are supposed to be getting something for us
- Work on setting up calls/ sending invitation, out them on schedules
- Assign on keeping track of payments, due payments, etc.
- Will work mostly with Seth and other 2 individuals
Qualifications:
- Must be knowledgeable in CLIO (willing to provide training) through CLIO (it's all in there)
- Must be proficient in using Word & Excel and Google Suite
- Must have a solid experience as an Admin Support or similar role
- Must be comfortable with communicating with the providers (client-facing)
- Must have a good command of speeches
- Must have an Excellent Communication Skills
- Must have worked in any kind of law firm in the same role (legal knowledge is not required)
