You will be responsible for the development of the team and its members ensuring the consistent delivery of the highest quality service to a portfolio of clients and also for the provision of appropriate frameworks and controls to ensure adherence to all procedures and policies.

You will support the development of strategic relationships with clients, monitoring current service levels as well as supporting further business development opportunities with those clients.

Drawing on your existing experience in Corporate, Company or Fiscal law  you will create and maintain a positive and professional environment that motivates team members to learn and develop with regular, frequent and transparent communication.

You will lead and manage all recruitment, resourcing, training and development requirements of the team to meet client demands and career development of team members and also you will lead and manage continuous improvement objectives of the team and contribute to those objectives at a department level also.

You’ll be highly organized, pay close attention to detail and able to bridge the gap between Client Services and Technical/Compliance/Sales etc and know when and how to bring these Subject Matter Experts in as and when necessary.

You will build strong customer relationships with existing and new clients, banks and other external parties, gaining insight into their needs and delivering customer-centric solutions also ensuring we meet our legal and contractual requirements.

Client Services Manager may be required to cover for a Senior Accountant at any time,therefore needs to be competent and confident in all accounting roles and responsibilities as well.

You will lead board and shareholders meetings, reviewing related minutes, agreements and documentation.

The core of this role is to be the strong CPS expert for the Philippines market. Partnering with clients to deliver consumer panel analytics and service that will add value not only to the client business, but the NIQ organization.

Responsibilities

New client service leader: 

• Will be the main service person for newly won strategic client. Manage the day-to-day relationship with a specific portfolio of CPS clients and/or categories, in an analytics and insights capacity, ensuring client needs are met in a timely fashion and beyond expectation 
• To act as a CPS SME within the local market and join Sales to pitch new clients. You will be mostly responsible for showcasing the NIQ CPS capability in real business situations. 

CPS Thought leadership and analysis consultant: 

• Will be the key person to provide the thought leadership of PH part for those cross category and general understanding.  
• Will play the consultant/coach role for local CS team to turn to for doing CPS analysis.  
• Will work with local CS team to work out the “Best Practice “of analysis flow and become an active contributor in a regional community of CPS experts by sharing best practice 

Leader and escalation point for CPS product related questions: 

• Panel Enhancement: Lead the process of CPS panel enhancement as the central communication point between CS team and PL/Operation team. 
• Data challenge: Internally, lead communication with different functions to solve escalated CPS data challenges in reasonable cycle time. Externally, together with account AD/Consultant to explain the data challenge to clients. 

WHAT WILL YOU DO

People Management 

• Identify growth and development opportunities for Team Captains and team members
•  Monitor, improve, and maintain healthy operational efficiencies such as attendance, punctuality, and any  other people indicators.

Performance Quality Management 

• Monitor and assess Team Captains’ and team members’ performance, and provide timely feedback through regular coaching as well as through Weekly and Monthly performance reviews.
• Ensure that Team Captains and team members are properly trained and working consistently to meet client needs. 
• Ensure that the team captains meet company and client-specific KPI targets.
• Execute and follow standard operating processes.

Logistics 

• Ensure that team members and equipment needs are met to sustain service levels 
• Recommend/suggest relevant alternatives to the product or tool being used by the company and or client.

Internal Coordination 

• Work with the CXM to make recommendations for their Team Captains’ and team member's career path, and assist in making a comprehensive development plan for them. 
• Relay consistent challenges to CXM in a timely and efficient manner
•  Help in culture building particularly in embracing our Core Values and practicing the competencies of a Boldr leader.
• Provide guidance to advisors and analysts to foster growth and development, best practices, and optimal morale in the organization 
• Work directly with CXM to identify root causes and develop an action plan to meet KPI targets.

External Communications 

• Be familiar with the client’s key contacts, unique requirements, and operating processes.
• Demonstrate mastery of the company and Client’s offerings (i.e. its products and services)
•  Understand, investigate, and solve any complex client requests or complaints; particularly when multiple departments or teams are involved.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and additional client value, discussing directly with the Client Experience Manager.

YOU HAVE…

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any related field you’re passionate about! 
• At least 2 years of experience leading supervision/leadership roles
• At least 3 years of Client facing experience
• At least 3 years of experience providing coaching
• Basic knowledge of Root Cause Analysis
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge is a plus!
• Intermediate knowledge of cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides) and MS Office applications 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• An ability to understand and communicate complex ideas to others, both verbally and in written form 
• Aptitude to quickly learn and navigate new technology, systems, and applications. 
•  Ability to accept feedback gracefully and with an open mind. 
•  Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to easily relate to people in various levels of the organization.
