Position Duties

The Role:

Momos is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic Customer Success team. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional support and guidance. Your responsibilities will encompass deepening your understanding of Momos software, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, and providing strategic solutions to foster their business growth.

The WordPress Support Specialist is responsible for providing top-notch technical support for our clients' WordPress websites. This includes troubleshooting technical issues, handling site updates, and assisting with site management on the Elementor platform. WHAT WILL YOU DO

People Management 

• Identify growth and development opportunities for Team Captains and team members
•  Monitor, improve, and maintain healthy operational efficiencies such as attendance, punctuality, and any  other people indicators.

Performance Quality Management 

• Monitor and assess Team Captains’ and team members’ performance, and provide timely feedback through regular coaching as well as through Weekly and Monthly performance reviews.
