• Processes urgent requests for password resets and account enablement’s to minimize downtime for both Internal and External staff worldwide.

Specific Responsibilities will include

• Provide service to clients via phone calls and online support cases that are advanced and escalated (Level 2 support)

Essential Functions

What’s it all about?
As a Client Support Specialist - Payments, you will be delivering “best in class” first line support to our client base of Financial institutions, Money Transfer Organizations and Corporates who use Visa Payments Limited services to send money throughout the globe. Based in Manila, your primary responsibility will be to provide support to our existing and upcoming clients worldwide, as part of our global support function stationed in London, New York and Manila.
The Client Support team sits within the Payment and Service Operations department and is responsible for the first line support of Visa Payments Limited client enquiries.

Register, investigate and diagnose a variety of payment and service related incidents and requests

-    Review and forward faxed documentation from Rightfax to the appropriate team member so they can work the case within timeframes
o    Create cases for all new disputes received
-    Process all incoming mail and returned mail correspondence
o    Create cases for all new disputes received
-    Monitor mailroom drive for any correspondence that needs attention
-    Process closing duplicate cases that are created in error
-    Work referrals by denying or responding to according to procedures for select clients
-    Process under business minimum disputes according to procedures
-    Maintain a no representment queue during peak season to assist team members with volumes
-    Work off business hours as required to support the global team

Position Description:

The Customer Service Representative will be part of our award winning Customer Support team responsible for supporting the business and technical needs of our growing merchant base. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be assisting Authorize.Net merchants and partners with their payment gateway accounts through inbound phone calls.

Specific Responsibilities will include:

• Respond to incoming merchant and partner requests quickly, proficiently and professionally while meeting specific key performance indicators

• Answer merchant questions and resolve problems related to billing, account management, website integration, connectivity methods and other technical issues

• Thoroughly and efficiently document cases in customer relationship manager system (Salesforce)

• Update cases (Salesforce) with current status of all ongoing issues and merchant contacts

• Collaborate with managers, advanced support, product support specialists and partner groups as needed to provide one-call resolution
