The First Level Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to customers of our SaaS platform. This includes answering customer questions, troubleshooting problems, and escalating issues to the appropriate team members. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Your tasks:

• Answer customer questions via ticketing tool, email or eventually by phone
• Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions
• Escalate issues to the appropriate team members
• Document customer interactions and resolutions
• Stay up-to-date on the latest software releases and features
• Work with other team members to improve the customer support experience

Salary: P60,000 – P80,000 (Monthly Package)

Scheduled: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Easter Daylight Time)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• At least 4 years of working experience on a similar role
• Finance and banking industry experience.
• Experience with any CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

Nice to have:

• Fidelity Investments software experience is a huge advantage

What will you do?

• Transfer of Assets Reconciliation
• Bulk Journal Reconciliation
• Document management support– via automation and manually from various portals
• Collect and file accounts statements and year-end tax information
• Assist with Tax Doc program support
• Monitor custodial account alerts, determine action required
• Maintain client accounts in good order and update client information as needed
• Comply with regulatory and internal process requirements
• Perform special projects and other duties as needed

• Interpersonal skills and technical product knowledge and expertise are critical to responding to daily Client-centric activities.
