Summary of This Role

Install, configure, maintain, support, and secure the organization's network communications, including LANs and/or WANs. Identifies network problems, isolates root causes, and initiates corrective action. Determines priority of action and additional resources required, based on severity of service interruption. Provides technical analysis to all customers to isolate issues and develop strategies to restore or activate services. Interacts with Telecommunication Engineers, LAN Administrators, and transmission and RF staff regarding ongoing network activities. ● Must have 2 years of full cycle recruitment experience

● At least 2 years of experience in recruiting technical roles

● Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods

● Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues

● Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

● Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust

● Excellent organizational and time management skills

● Comfortable making decisions independently

● Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems

● Successful experience managing multiple searches at different stages of the recruitment life cycle at the same time.

● Experience in client management

● Computer proficiency including Google Workspace and Office 365 (or equivalent)

Working Hours : 10 am - 7 pm EST

Salary Range : 800-1000 USD
