The Head of Customer Experience has a key position in the organization and is responsible for the strategy and management of all front-line communication departments in the company.

   - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in customer experience strategies.

5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

   - Establish performance metrics and regularly assess departmental and individual performance against set targets.

   - Analyse customer feedback, complaints, and service metrics to identify trends, address root causes, and drive improvement initiatives.

   - Prepare comprehensive reports and present findings, recommendations, and progress updates to senior management.

Requirements: 

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus.

- Proven experience in a similar role, overseeing customer service and VIP service operations. Ideally in an online gaming setting.

The Technology Support team is the first point of contact for all Incidents and Service Requests, through tickets, phone, or onsite support. As a member of the Support team, you will participate in both Customer Service and Support for employees of the brands we provide shared services. You will also participate in local project work across infrastructure and business applications.

As a member of the Support team, you will work from the Makati office 5 days a week and be part of a rotating weekend roster.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• The Onsite IT service and support in the Makati office, 5 days a week 
• Resolve tickets (incidents and service requests) across Australia and the Philippines within agreed upon SLA times 
• Communicate reoccurring issues to impacted employees, in cooperation with the team and management 
• Employee onboarding and offboarding tasks, including user administration and orientation 
• IT Asset management including procurement, deployment, delivery, repair and inventory 
• Office AV configuration and maintenance, including meeting rooms, printers 
• Communicating new services and features to users 
• Perform other tasks assigned by Management 
• Weekend Support and On-call support when needed 

Position Description

The Merchant Support Team Lead position will be part of our Award-Winning Customer Support team and will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 15 Merchant Support Representatives taking inbound merchant requests through telephone calls, emails and chat sessions.

Specific Responsibilities will include:

• Ensures that staff performance is in compliance with established procedures and meets or exceeds departmental performance standards.

• Provides daily direction and communication to representatives.

• Provides feedback, coaching and training to meet performance objectives.

• Provides statistical, performance feedback, coaching and development on a regular basis to each representative. Writes and administers performance reviews for skill improvement.

• Conducts regular call evaluations and audits to monitor team member’s adherence to quality and departmental policies on customer interactions.

• Addresses disciplinary and/or performance problems according to company policy. Prepares and communicates documentation with representatives. Makes effective/appropriate decisions relative to corrective action as required.

• Shares continual responsibility for deciding how to manage representatives ensuring customer requests are handled efficiently and effectively.

• Ability to handle and resolve escalated customer concerns.

This is an on-site position. An on-site position must be consistently performed at an assigned Visa office location and require daily commute to the office location.

The L2 application support analysts/engineers have ownership to resolve incidents/issues in productive environment, monitoring to ensure application availability, stability, They coordinate and work with other DevTech support units (e.g. L3 teams) in order to resolve Incidents and Problems that affect the Client services.

Your key tasks 

• Hold Accountability and End to End ownership of any product related problems which clients report via the respective ticketing systems.
• Banking functional knowledge and experience is a must specially in the area of Investment related transactions (OTC , Stex , Fx etc) and this is required to resolve business transactions related issues from our wealth clients.
• to be able to handle EOD batches which are running post COB hours and to be on standby as well until the batch deliverables are fully transferred to the respective downstream of the Wealth Clients or Financial Institutions .
• Able to work in different shifts (night on-call, day shift and adhoc weekend support).
• Apart from Incidents , to be able to handle Service requests , RFIs as well as assist Problem Manager whenever product specific support is required .

As Accounts Payable Support,

You will be providing financial, administrative and clerical support to the organisation. Your role is to complete payments and control expenses by receiving payments, plus processing, verifying and reconciling invoices. You will also highlight the day-to-day management of all payment cycle activities in a timely and efficient manner.

Some of the things we’d expect you to do are to…

• Take phone calls from suppliers.
• Prepare AP reports from Pronto.
• Prepare weekly payment forecast.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to prioritise payments.
• Prepare ABA files for weekly pay runs.
• Reconcile supplier statements with their accounts on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Ensure all AP invoices are loaded into Redmap for approval.
• Ensure all AP invoices are coded appropriately in Redmap before posting to Pronto.
