What will you do?

Job Summary:

The Support Analyst position exists as part of the IT team and is responsible for the delivery of functional IT application enhancements and support. The deliverables of this role are used by team members and all internal business functions to drive sales and operate effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement IT changes in line with Officeworks strategic objectives
• Liaison with internal business customers and IT delivery teams to determine requirements, design technical solutions and implement changes.
