Job Description

The Customer Service Associate will be part of our extraordinary Customer Support team where you will be responsible for supporting card holders’ needs on a variety of Visa products via inbound phone calls. You will complete work according to well-defined policies and procedures while delivering a positive customer interaction. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Responsibilities 

Our Customer Communication & Engagement Specialists are responsible for ensuring an outstanding service experience across our Social Media channels, for customers interacting with us in a private message. • Co-create and agree with the markets, Functional Network Leaders, Retail Solutions Team and Digital Services the development roadmap required to create that frictionless, seamless experience.
• Be the contact point with Inter IKEA’s Development Team on the continuous enhancement and rolling out of new/enhanced initiatives such as PulseCX, Smaland 2.0, unassisted Play solutions, etc.
• Digitalization coworker processes and tools for time gain and higher efficiency (e.g. checkout process in-store, service order booking, food orders, customer refunds, etc.
• Enable customer self-support, chatbots for support in all CMPs to complement coworker service. This is the new “you do your part, we do ours, together we save money”. What can the customer do themselves to release dependency on coworker and increase efficiency.
• Reduce time at checkout both in-store as online/app for quicker conversion and decrease cart abandonment (loose hands in-store). Included here to assess which payment methods to offer at which checkout points to increase productivity and reduce waiting lines (e.g. Bistro vs Sales Desk at HFB4).
• Establish with Functional Network Leaders and Data team a reviewed set of KPIs that lead to more omnichannel behaviour/mindset by store coworkers. Ensure development and rollout of an automated dashboard across the different units and secure adoption through change management process.

The position is responsible for developing and delivering learning in support of Visa DPS products and services for Dispute and Support Operations (DSO) Dispute Analysts.  Responsibilities include developing business-relevant curriculum, attaining appropriate level of expertise on assigned topics, delivering information effectively, and ensuring all established goals and objectives related to training and development are completed successfully. The trainer will work with the DSO technical writer(s) to update and maintain all training documentation.  They will also create training videos or short stories.  This person will work closely with the trainer(s) in other DSO sites to ensure consistent delivery and processing according to procedures.  Trainer is responsible for all training document creation and review to ensure alignment within sites, service lines, teams and procedures.  Trainer will partner with Quality Assurance, DSO leaders and managers, DSO Technical writer(s), and Visa Training team in order to provide up to date, relevant and engaging training to the team.

Essential Functions

• Identify opportunities to optimize team performance and counsel staff and support staff (quality assurance, training, documentation) on dispute related matter in order to maximize resource utilization and service delivery quality

• Stay current with DSO, Visa, and client business objectives by building effective relationships with product, sales and account teams, as well as DSO leadership

• Partner with other DSO and Visa Trainer(s) to develop skills and material

• Participate in and promote a DSO training assessment and feedback process

The Dispute & Support Operations Team Lead will lead a team of Dispute and Support Operations (DSO) Analysts of different levels, completing dispute work on behalf of DPS and VDMS clients.  They are subject matter experts in their field and as such will be a point of contact and escalation within the department for complex dispute matters.  Candidate will establish processes for efficient completion of Prepaid, Debit, and Regionals disputes in order to maximize resource utilization rates and Client recoveries.

Essential Functions

• Oversight and development of a team of analysts, coaching and mentoring team to maximize performance
• Manage methods of delivery through the optimization of established workflows, ensuring that all cases are worked within set timeframes and in accordance with local, federal, and Visa regulations
