JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consolidates departmental/functional training budgets, forecast costs.
- Assesses relevant training needs for staff individuals and organization, in consultation with departmental heads using assessment methods and measurement systems annually.
- Stays informed as to what relevant skill and qualifications levels required by employees for effective performance and circulate requirements and relevant information to the organization as appropriate.
- Produces organizational strategy and plans to meet training and development needs, and manage training delivery, measurement, and follow-up as necessary.
- Designs training courses and programs necessary to meet training needs or manage this activity via external providers.
- Identifies, selects, and manages external training and accreditation bodies, agencies and providers necessary to deliver required training to appropriate standards.
- Organizes training venues, logistics, transport, accommodation as required, to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery.
- Plans and delivers training courses such as NEOP, WAVE and Training the Trainers Workshop.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor degree in Communication, Psychology or related fields
- With 2 years experience in a manufacturing/semicon set-up
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently or with minimum supervision
