WHAT IS YOUR ROLE
The position of Operations Coordinator is responsible for general operations of our department and ensures general logistical needs are met.

WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Observing, reviewing and managing business logistics to ensure company is running smoothly
- Working with Operations Manager in overseeing instructor scheduling and compliance to ensure readiness for assignments.
- Processing data entry and QA tasks
- Management of personnel data and related administrative tasks
- Various projects and clerical tasks

YOU HAVE…
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Familiarity with data visualization tools, particularly Qlik
- Detail-oriented and organized with a strong commitment to data integrity
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex datasets
