We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our work from home team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to train onsite at our Cebu office before transitioning to remote work.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries
• Assist customers in resolving product or service-related issues
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
• Maintain thorough and accurate customer records
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a professional and courteous manner

• With or without call center experience high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus. 
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. 
• Amenable to work on site

As a Call Center Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our call center agents.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training materials based on call center agent needs
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions
• Conduct training needs analysis to identify knowledge and skill gaps
• Monitor and evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in call center training
• Assist in the onboarding process of new call center agents
• Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve training programs

• Qualifications:
• At least 1 year teaching experience BPO experience is preferred but not required
•  At least C1 english comms
