As a Training Manager for our Appointment-Setting Teams in the Philippines, your primary responsibility is to design, implement, and continually enhance our training programs to equip our teams with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with Team Leads and Training Team members to design and develop training programs for new hires and existing team members.
- Ensuring that training materials and methods are engaging, up-to-date, and outcome focused.
- Implementing training programs and measuring effectiveness through target delivery, feedback, formalized assessments, surveys, skill demos, and other ways
- Developing and improving our onboarding process for new appointment setters, ensuring a seamless integration into the team.
- Initiating improvement projects and monitoring their effectiveness, ensuring that changes contribute to better performance.
- Collaborating with senior management and internal stakeholders, aligning training objectives with organizational goals and strategies.
- Regularly communicating progress, results, and challenges to stakeholders.
- A minimum of 5 years in a Training Manager role.
- Previous exposure to the sales environment ideal, though not a must.
- Proficiency in building training program content and materials.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- The ability to serve as a role model, mentor, and coach.
- A consistent record of high performance in previous similar roles.
- Strong background in quality assurance.
- Proven project management and team leadership skills.
