Job Description:

A Training Manager is expected to be a strategic thinker with a fantastic organizational and time management skills. You will be responsible on devising our organizational training strategy, implementation, and assess the outcomes. You will identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable training initiatives to enhance employees’ skills, performance, productivity, and quality of work. You should have an excellent research skill with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment with a keen interest in producing targeted and tangible results by creating an effective and efficient workforce.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all aspects of the delivery of training
• Point of Contact of the client for all training related issues
• Improving processes and performance that enhance bottom line results
• Working closely with business partners and clients to resolve all training related issues
• Creating and implementing process improvements
• Improving efficiency and accuracy of training process
• Evaluating the effectiveness of the training based on the client requirements and expectations
• Managing the staff in accordance with company policies, procedures, and client metrics
• Conducting external and internal business reviews with the client and internal stakeholders highlighting the training road map and learning initiatives
• Develop training manuals that target key results and training programs that address specific business needs
• Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting the performance key goals and specific skill competencies.
• Keep well-informed of training trends, skills capabilities, and best practices
• Responsible for all training compliance parameters and audit requirements

Nice to have but not required:

• Experience with Employee and Labor relations, Employee Engagement
• Experience on working on a Business Process Outsourcing Company, specifically in a Call Center environment with not less than 300FTEs
• Experience in initiating and handling employee engagement activities
• Excellent Verbal and Written English Communication Skill
• Has good Problem Solving and Decision-Making Skills

As a Training Manager for our Appointment-Setting Teams in the Philippines, your primary responsibility is to design, implement, and continually enhance our training programs to equip our teams with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with Team Leads and Training Team members to design and develop training programs for new hires and existing team members.
• Ensuring that training materials and methods are engaging, up-to-date, and outcome focused.
• Implementing training programs and measuring effectiveness through target delivery, feedback, formalized assessments, surveys, skill demos, and other ways
• Developing and improving our onboarding process for new appointment setters, ensuring a seamless integration into the team.
• Initiating improvement projects and monitoring their effectiveness, ensuring that changes contribute to better performance.
• Collaborating with senior management and internal stakeholders, aligning training objectives with organizational goals and strategies.
• Regularly communicating progress, results, and challenges to stakeholders.

• A minimum of 5 years in a Training Manager role.

The Training & Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily training and quality management operations aimed at achieving business objectives.

This encompasses, but is not restricted to, developing & executing the project’s quality assurance strategy, implementing the end-to-end training and development roadmap, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring the realization of benefits, and maintaining effective communication with clients, Player Engagement leadership and stakeholders.

Training Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs (PST to Nesting) for new and existing employees, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee training sessions covering diverse topics such as product knowledge, customer service skills, and company policies.
• Identify performance opportunities and strengths among team members.
• Develop individualized training plans to enhance the skills and capabilities of each staff member.
• Produce a variety of training materials, including manuals, presentations, and multimedia content.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives in training programs based on feedback, evaluations, and industry best practices.
• Work closely with the Operations team to ensure that training programs align with operational goals and client requirements.
• Implement systems for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and gather feedback from participants.

Quality Management Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a quality monitoring program to assess the performance of Player Engagement agents.
• Ensure that agents adhere to organizational policies, industry regulations, and client-specific requirements.
• Conduct root cause analysis on quality issues, identifying underlying problems and implementing corrective actions.
• Conduct calibration sessions to ensure consistency in quality evaluations among different evaluators.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, providing regular reports to management.
• Work closely with clients to understand and meet their quality expectations, address concerns, and implement improvement initiatives.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on quality metrics, client feedback, and industry best practices.
• Analyze data related to quality performance and prepare reports for management and clients.
• Emphasize a customer-centric approach to quality, ensuring that service delivery meets or exceeds customer expectations.

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field; or High School Degree/General Education Diploma and 4 years of relevant experience
• Six Sigma, COPC, CLDP, ISD and/or Coaching certification is an advantage
