Responsibilities

• Maintaining and building an accurate, complete, up-to-date understanding of the market with insightful data and intelligence
• Accountable for analyses, charting, and performing quality checks for analytic reports
• Assisting in developing analytical solutions, consumer insight recommendations, and developing questionnaires aligned with client goals and needs
• Assisting in preparation of proposals and credential presentations
• Ensuring timely and quality deliverables and services to clients
• Providing administrative and operational support in research projects
• Collaborating with the various internal teams for research projects

As a Research and Analysis Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our consultants by conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing reports. This position requires strong research and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting research on specific industries, markets, and trends to gather relevant data and information.
• Collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources.
• Performing quantitative and qualitative analysis on data and providing insights.
• Preparing reports and presentations based on research findings.
• Assisting consultants in project coordination and management.
• Monitoring and tracking industry news and competitor activities.

• Ensures that all training records are maintained, filed and updated in the HRM system
• Assists in the preparation of the annual training plan ensuring the objectives fully address the business objectives of the hotel and the training needs of the associates.

• Act as one of the focal members of the Consumer Intelligence and Consulting Group – primarily Research Operations
• Provide support and assistance with the management of research projects across industries
• Serve as the quality checking (QC) champion to ensure adherence with GfK and global research standards

Key responsibilities
• Manage assigned research projects in a timely manner with minimal supervision
• Coordinate and harness rapport with partners / vendors across research opportunities
• Provide helpful support with the formulation of questionnaires, and interview / discussion guides
