Job Description• Collaborate with Operating teams to manage end to end knowledge and identify training opportunities along with launching process improvement projects.• Lead training projects that help reduce cost, increase revenue, and digitize training.• Provide real time support to trainers conducting training new hire batches – pre-process, process, and OJT.• Should be able to upskill oneself to lead client calls for domain/process.• Should have effective communication skills and would be interacting with internal stakeholders & external stakeholders.• Should have analytical ability and ability to understand the business impact of training numbers.• Manage a team of Domain experts/ SME and technical designers. • Should have strong understanding of current training practices and learning methodologies. • In depth understanding of TNI/ TNA process and ability to make recommendations for process improvements • Create value for the team by acting as a consultant for operations and identifying process improvement initiatives.• Be well versed in analysing data and suggesting measures towards improving revenue generation for the function by working on the domain/ knowledge management. • Maintain vertical hygiene by ensuring reports, data and documents are in place.• Promote standardization by creating SOPs across TVL ISB training – Standardization.• Work with internal Learning Academy team to promote behavioural training programs in the business unit.• Should be aware of authoring tools like Articulate, Flash player, Captivate and videos etc..• Should have worked or have an understanding on various training methodologies, training modules and have knowledge on Instructional designing.• Should have worked on Innovative projects on digital transformation for training.• Govern the entire process of managing the work instruction manuals for the process. • Front end all compliance audits for training.

• Assists the L&D Manager in the selection and training of department trainer
• Ensures that all training records are maintained, filed and updated in the HRM system
• Assists in the preparation of the annual training plan ensuring the objectives fully address the business objectives of the hotel and the training needs of the associates.

We are looking for an experienced BPO Process Trainer to facilitate new hire and ongoing training for our call center operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating training materials, conducting training sessions, and assessing trainee performance to ensure adherence to quality and productivity standards. Additionally, the BPO Process Trainer will collaborate with operational teams to identify training needs and develop training plans accordingly.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Consolidates departmental/functional training budgets, forecast costs.
• Assesses relevant training needs for staff individuals and organization, in consultation with departmental heads using assessment methods and measurement systems annually.
• Stays informed as to what relevant skill and qualifications levels required by employees for effective performance and circulate requirements and relevant information to the organization as appropriate.
• Produces organizational strategy and plans to meet training and development needs, and manage training delivery, measurement, and follow-up as necessary.
• Designs training courses and programs necessary to meet training needs or manage this activity via external providers.
• Identifies, selects, and manages external training and accreditation bodies, agencies and providers necessary to deliver required training to appropriate standards.
• Organizes training venues, logistics, transport, accommodation as required, to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery.
• Plans and delivers training courses such as NEOP, WAVE and Training the Trainers Workshop.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor degree in Communication, Psychology or related fields
• With 2 years experience in a manufacturing/semicon set-up
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently or with minimum supervision
