About the job:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Research Assistant to join our team. This role will work closely with the management and help with day-to-day operation activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Help profile and capture online information on individuals who I believe would be prospective clients for my firm.
• Every week I share a list of 50-100 names to the VA, with some basic identifying information on each prospect, enough for the VA to get a start...
• The VA creates a folder structure to hold pdfs, photos, markdown files.
• The VA researches each prospect extensively, to include: full legal name, wealth indicators, residence, social media, background, education, professional employment, biography, family ties, political donations, charitable causes, civic causes, etc...
• The VA records this data into the markdown file (text file) inside the folder (I'll have very specific instructions to follow).  Simultaneously, the VA captures relevant pdfs of websites and other relevant information within the folder.
• The VA shares back the 50-100 prospect folders to me at the end of the week
• Repeat the process weekly...

Qualifications:

• This person needs to be an expert at Google search, writing, and organizing information according to a specific prospecting process, and capturing and recording the information according to file templates, folder structures, etc.
• Preference for Mac operating system (shortcuts, apps, et al)
• Knowledge of markdown formatting (pretty easy to learn)
• High level of English proficiency, both written and verbal

Client Assessment: Client will ask candidates to create and follow the Loom video the client will be sending over; have the candidates take the assessment first before client interview.

Salary: P60,000 – P90,000 (Monthly Package)

Shift: Monday - Friday (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM EST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• At least 2+ years of experience on a similar role
• Strong working knowledge of financial markets and investments
• Proficient in Excel (including macros and pivot tables) and Powerpoint
• Background in banking and/or financial services industry
• Strong computing skills: ability to navigate numerous data providers such as Bloomberg, Morningstar Direct, Pitchbook, Burgiss, etc.
• Excellent communication skills

• CFA
• Experience using Dasseti

What will you do?

• Maintain, update, and add manager data and information in the system
• Track record and portfolio company analysis and performance benchmarking
• Assist with material preparation including due diligence memo
• Provide market analysis
• Assist with manager and reference calls
• Assist and manage internal reporting covering market information and manager updates (i.e. quarterly asset class reviews, quarterly monitoring report for public securities, weekly private investment pipeline reports, attribution reports etc.)
• Assist with external reporting covering market information and manager updates (i.e. public manager tear sheets, quarterly reporting for private managers, etc.)
• Assist with ad hoc data requests
• Work effectively with other teams throughout the organization
• Other duties as assigned

Your Responsibilities

As a Junior ESG Research Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting RepRisk's growth and global reach by helping maintain a database for media sources, and analyzing and entering risk incidents from various media into the RepRisk ESG Risk Platform. RepRisk facilitates the identification and assessment of environmental, social and corporate governance issues which may present financial, reputational and ethical risks. • Creating profiles for media sources and maintaining the source database by gathering complete and accurate information.
