Your Responsibilities  

The Business Information Research (BIR) Operations Manager will oversee a group of BIR Leads and/or analysts who are responsible for the creation and maintenance of RepRisk’s datasets, with a focus on companies and infrastructure projects, which are vital inputs to the RepRisk® ESG Risk Platform. The Learning and Development Specialist (L&D Specialist) will focus New Hire Training and Job specific trainings as needed by the Operations team. The L&D Specialist will learn and implement the process flow to ensure building skills, upskilling, and drive performance metrics aligned with PTW organization goals.

Content Design and Development:

We seek a talented Machine Learning Developer to design and implement algorithms that make sense of large data sets. As a Machine Learning Developer, you will work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) systems, and develop models that can learn and make predictions or decisions without being explicitly programmed.

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technologies.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or other relevant programming languages.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, data mining, and data preprocessing techniques.
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration skills, and ability to work on cross-functional teams.
