The primary responsibility of the Facilitator is to provide training on leadership, professional skills, and culture. In addition, the facilitator will be involved in project work related to learning and development as needed.
        
Tasks
• Facilitates leadership, professional skills and culture content to employees at all levels in the organization.
• Manage the tactical execution of short- and long-term objectives through the coordination of activities with a direct responsibility for results.
• Helps the organization improve overall performance/effectiveness/communication management by developing people skills and providing learning opportunities.
• Identifies new development topics and methods through benchmarking, networking, participating in conferences, workshops, programs and researching best practices.
• Participates in cross-functional teams. Provide expertise, recommendations and updates from a learning and development perspective.
• Acts as the resident expert on training and development and policy owner for all training compliance and training/learning systems.
• Assists with making changes to documents using appropriate procedures for document control.
• Provides timely input to training coordinators and management regarding training needs or changes.
• Uses best business practices and organizational development tools to drive positive change management.
• Functions as training and development leader (train the trainer). Promotes training best practices with other departments.
• Communicate and coordinate with corporate training group.
• Collaborate with various departmental leadership teams to determine and develop quality metrics in an effort to track and report on new hire and current employee performance and efficacy.
• Assists in developing core curriculums and make recommendations regarding improving curriculums, reduce redundancy, and ensure that the training is value added.
• Research or develops teaching aids such as training handbooks, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, reference works that may enhance current training procedures and provide value to our employees.
• Frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors, customers, and/or functional peer group managers, normally involving matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers.
• Participates and presents at meetings with internal and external representatives. Often responsible for leading a cooperative effort among members of a project team.
• Provide translation assistance for learning programs as needed.
• Assist with various projects as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements
• 6 – 8 years of related experience in Leadership, Professional Skills and/or Culture Training. With a Master’s Degree, 3 years of experience required.
• Fluent in English required.
• Bilingual candidates preferred
• SHRM Certification (SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP) is desirable, or a plus.
• Strong background within education, training or organization development required.
• Demonstrated effectiveness as a performance consultant, training and development specialist, and instructional designer.
• Effectively build relationships with senior leadership as well as educational institutions, vendors, professional and community organizations, etc.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

About the Role

The position is primarily responsible for handling and delivering all the training logistical requirements and administrative support for AIA PH Academy

• Manages overall logistical concerns of AIA PH Academy, including but not limited to the following: travel arrangements, training supplies, and event execution.
• Tracks and monitors the Academy’s budget ensuring proper use of resources, and that department’s spending is aligned with company’s expense policy.
• Prepares finance-related support including end-to-end ARIBA process.
• Ensures timely filing and payment of Academy-related third-party providers such as the Learning Management System (E-Learning) provider and industry-related vendors such as LIMRA and GAMA and keeps records of the third-party provider contracts.
• Coordinates important schedules for Academy such as Planning Sessions, General Assemblies, Quarterly Business Reviews, etc.
• Maintains physical & digital files in an organized manner.
• Manages, prepares, plans, and maintains the inventory of office supplies, equipment, and the like for the Academy.
• Ensure timely release of supplies and equipment whether new or replacements.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

About the Role

The Customer Journey and Insights Principal will lead pertinent consumer market research initiatives which cannot be addressed by the available internal historical customer data (i.e. consumer lifestyle and behavior, purchase intent for a new product, prognosis towards utilization of service platforms), conduct in-depth analysis of customer preferences and behaviors; and provide insights or set measures that will contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience. Relative to the Human Centered Design principles, conduct applicable user research that will aid in UX/UI design of digital platforms.

He/She will also act as country relationship lead to regional or enterprise research initiatives such as the Customer Relationship and Satisfaction Survey, Voice of the Customer / Distribution, Customer Community, User Experience Research and so forth. He/She will also serve as a functional expert and work with Distribution Channels, Customer Strategy and Segment and AIA Group to identify, plan research projects and liaise with reputable research agencies to deliver quality output while managing research budget of the respective entities under AIA Philippines, including BPI AIA.

The Customer Research and Insights Principal will oversee and serve as subject matter expert in the preparation and development of customer journey maps, act as custodian of these documents, and also lead in the enhancement of customer journey and transition maps alongside the Customer Experience Design team.

He/she will act as catalyst for transformation initiatives resulting from customer research results, ensuring that customer experience principles are integrated in all services and touch points by collaborating with Customer Champions Tribe, Sales, Marketing and Segments, Customer Touch Point Managers (Website, Call Center, Branch Offices, Social Media), Operations BUs, Legal and Compliance, or with Insurance or Bank Regulator when necessary. Provides insights for effective implementation or enhancement of Customer Value Management Programs, Retention or Loyalty Programs, and Digital Service Delivery initiatives.

• Study and analyze customer interactions, provide insights and guidance on mapping the prescribed customer journey to deliver seamless experience that will translate into a holistic customer experience model for AIA Philippines, including BPI AIA.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in developing best customer value proposition for retention and increasing customer value and likewise enhance company-wide capabilities based on defined customer journeys
• Subject Matter Expert with oversight on customer journey mapping workshops, HCD / design thinking sessions, focus group discussions and other deep-dive consumer research.
• Design and develop research plans to better understand customer behavior in collaboration with Group Office, Customer Champions Tribe, Marketing and Segment heads, Distribution Channels and BPI AIA Partners, Operations Business Units.
• Oversee execution of enterprise research such as Customer Relationship Survey, NPS, CES, Real Time Customer Survey with Closed-Loop customer recovery management.
• Monitor and ensure completion of action items from insights generated from enterprise and key customer research relative to Customer Experience Governance. As part of CX governance, have an oversight on initiatives and solutions that will address customer or distribution pain points, as identified in existing customer research.
• Establish standard research request process and criteria for agency selection and optimize research budget to yield the most valuable customer insights to achieve business goals.
• Perform analysis from available external data such as public data, market sizing, historical research, competitive scan from various media to generate valuable consumer insights.
• Develop and maintain the Customer 360 Insights Group for crowd sourcing or voxpop research.

About the Role

The Training Officer is primarily responsible to boost performance of sales force; increase branch support thru appropriate training programs designed for In-Branch sales; Head Office employees and the Bank.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conducts 15-Day Basic Training Program (BTP) each month for new Bancassurance Sales Executives (BSE). – 40 hrs
• Conduct Product briefing to bank personnel (average of 4 sessions per week) – 16 hrs
• Facilitate RP Workshops to BPI Branches ( average of 4 session per week) – 16 hrs
• Conduct of advanced training programs to enhance sales productivity (Area Meetings; Boot Camps, Sales Clinics; etc.) – 16 hrs
• Designs advanced modules and tools for In-Branch sales; BPI and Head office employees – 20 hrs
• Develop and enhance basic and advanced training manuals and tools. -20 hrs
• Attend to queries from BSEs; BAMs; BDMs – 10 hrs
• Monitors performance of BTP Batches handled (BTP Recall) -10 hrs Implements training security guidelines. – 20 hrs
• Accomplish reports such as but not limited to the ff: Training Summary; Participant Feedback; Shadowing Report; training needs analysis. – 8 hrs
• Act as LOMA EdRep in administering and facilitating LOMA Exam for BPLAC employees – 24 hrs
• Conduct of Financial Wellness activities to BPI clients – 8 hrs
• Monitors expenses and materials during trainings – 8 hrs
• Prepares cash advance for training programs and liquidates within the specified turn around time of the company. – 8 hrs
• Accomplish adhoc tasks which may be assigned from time to time by immediate manager. – 24 hrs

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree preferably Business Management; and or Human Resources Management; Psychology
• At least 2 years work experience in similar industry, knowledge in sales training; facilitation and workplace assessment
• Knowledge in Finance, Banking and Insurance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
• Computer savvy
