Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

• Focus on implementing tools/processes to build a robust platform for use by all IT customer teams and guiding development and documenting standards for use by the organization.

• The role requires that the individual be a consensus builder that works to align systems engineering strategy and design with architectural guidelines, application strategy and business goals.

• Working with tools such as ServiceNow and Azure DevOps. Working on ADO stories aligned to features, communication of new capabilities/process updates to customers to increase enterprise adoption.

• CI/CD lifecycle management, and creation/updates to test automation framework for the key ITSM processes and API's interfacing with ServiceNow Platform.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Understanding of ServiceNow, ITSM processes, CSDM model, CMDB

• Flow Designer, Automated Test Framework (ATF), Catalog Development/Deployment End-End

• API testing, deployment, and integration

• Azure fundamentals, Azure DevOps

• Experience coordinating with multiple product teams.

• Communication across multiple end users/stakeholders, team player

• Must be amenable to work in day and mid shifts, and in a hybrid work arrangement.

• Familiarity with ITSM processes and related technical standards and controls is a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

People:

• Act as a technical reference for staff on existing and upcoming technologies.
• Liaise with business units, vendors and other IT personnel for project design and planning, or problem resolution.
• Manage and deliver multiple projects with excellent time management and leadership skills.
• Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks.
• Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a high level of expertise of Microsoft Server Operating Systems and functional components (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, ADFS), Microsoft® Office Suite, VMware vSphere, Avamar Administration, Storage Administration (preferably Dell Compellent and Nimble Storage), and scripting automation tools (PowerShell). The candidate should also possess solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP), and cloud infrastructure experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS, and associated automation tools (Ex: Docker, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Nessus, etc.)

Certificates and Licenses:

Valid driver’s license required.  Preferred certifications: Windows Server, 2008 – Server Administrator (or newer), Microsoft® Exchange 2010 (or newer), VMware Certified Professional 5 (or newer), CCNA, Network+, or Security+.

What you will do:

The primary responsibility is engineering work on Building Management System (BMS) projects detailed as per country specific standards. You will design, support systems installation, perform programming, commissioning, troubleshooting of complex building controls systems for customer. Design of such includes creating controls strategy, sequence of operation, bill of materials, schematics etc. Programming includes testing and debugging BMS software, UI graphics development, basic 3rd party systems integrations (ModBus, BACnet IP, BACnet MSTP), using JCI proprietary software tools along with SQL management. You will track project time schedule, changes, ensure on-time completion of various tasks, report job progress to respective management team/general contractor. You will provide system demonstration to client and general/site specific user training.

How will you do it:

• Review MEP drawings and identify related equipment (dampers, sensors etc.).
• Review control specifications and sequence of operation.
• Generate initial review sheets and RFI’s.
• Prepare I/O summary.
• Prepare BMS network architecture.
• Create bill of materials, select sensors, control valves, dampers, air flow stations, controllers etc.
• Check devices and controller wiring, terminations, interlock wiring.
• Program control software of supervisory and DDC level controllers, prepare test plan, perform simulation and deliver commissioning package to the sites.
• Upload/download system-level BMS controller software. 
• Perform BMS commissioning and system diagnostics, complete all required commissioning documentation. 
• Keep management and JCI contractor or customer informed of job progress and issues.  
• Provide information for BMS as-built documentation. 
• Adhere to all Johnson Controls and customer safety standards, demonstrating a high degree of safety awareness.
