We are seeking a development engineer for MEMS assembly and interconnect technologies who likes to cooperate closely with our partners. You will work with industry-leading OSATs, machine and material suppliers to develop packaging processes that enable the realization of a large variety of MEMS devices.

• Working on-site at one of the largest assembly partners closely cooperating with the local teams of our supplier.
• Part of a team of packaging experts within Bosch and our suppliers to develop and characterize new and innovative optical MEMS device packages.
• Part of an interdisciplinary product development team with customer representatives, purchasing, MEMS design and technology, reliability, testing, simulation, construction, production, and quality team members.
• Responsible for the material and machine selection and associated process development for core assembly steps.
• Selecting and qualifying new suppliers (assembly subcons, equipment and raw material suppliers).
• Co-working with equipment suppliers to enhance existing or to develop new machines.
• Take care of the development, qualification, and transfer to mass production of new assembly processes and materials.
• Owner of specifications and technical documentation concerning the optical MEMS package, assembly process, and raw materials.

Your mission

• Implement, maintain, troubleshoot and fix standard framework for CI/CD pipelines, provide environment support, and build corresponding dashboards or monitors
• Ensure Software Development Lifecycle governance and controls are in place
• Socialize and operationalize DevOps governance, framework, and activities

Shift: Night Shift

The BI developer will be responsible for the development, delivery, and maintenance of business intelligence applications and solutions. The position will include ongoing project-based development work, the delivery of scheduled reports, ad-hoc report development and enhancements, and day-to-day support of existing applications and reporting solutions.

The BI Developer works in all phases of reporting application development including design, installation, configuration, physical and logical database design, performance tuning, writing stored procedures and triggers, maintaining security, troubleshooting, providing advanced support. The BI Developer will support multiple application environments.

Qualified candidates must be highly knowledgeable of design and administration best-practices. Extensive hands-on experience is required. We are looking for a person who can solve problems and work independently. The ability to translate user requirements into a design which facilitates user access/reporting is also critical.

• Perform analysis, design, development, and testing activities in support of enterprise reporting, Business Intelligence, and data analytics solutions across a wide range of business and operational functional areas
• Assist with the design, development, and deployment of next generation data warehouse and tools to support long term information delivery and data visualization needs.
• Build and administer Microsoft PowerBI pre-production environments,
• Own the development and ongoing maintenance/enhancements of business reporting systems
• Design, develop, test and implement scheduled report deliveries, utilizing automated delivery capabilities.
• Design, develop, test and implement scheduled data integration (ETL) deliveries.
• Write complex SQL queries to implement performant data integration and reporting solutions
• Focus on information/data quality by continuously evaluating data standards and data profiling
• Collaborate with Business Systems Analyst and Quality Assurance engineers to build compliant and quality solutions
• Provide operational support for new and existing BI and data warehouse components.
• Setup and maintain documentation and standards.
• Proactively identifies issues and concerns to management.
• Work as part of a team and provide 24x7 supports when required
