As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing process solutions for our leading oil and gas client. The successful candidate will work with a team of experienced engineers and consultants to deliver outstanding recruitment solutions to clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop process solutions, using simulation software and other tools as necessary.
• Optimize existing processes, identifying areas of inefficiency or waste and developing solutions to address them.
• Work with project teams to implement new processes and ensure their successful integration into operations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process diagrams, operating procedures, and training materials.
• Collaborate with other engineers and consultants to identify and resolve technical challenges.
• Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide recommendations and solutions accordingly.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and efficiency gains.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 9+ years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the oil and energy industry.
• Strong technical knowledge in process simulation and troubleshooting, sizing of equipment’s and safety relief valves.
• Solid in Hysys and flarenet softwares. Experience with oil and gas upstream processing facilities. Familiar with HAZOP and LOPA
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sound decision-making abilities and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team or independently as required.
