Position: Web Solution Engineer

Work Hours (Client): Mondays to Fridays, EST

Pay Range: $1200 - $1800/month 

Location: Fully Remote

Responsibilities

• Assess current technology used and develop steps and processes to improve
• Work alongside account management, operations, customer service and data teams to monitor product performance and resolve bugs/issues
• Monitor merchant’s international site performance, ensure smooth performance, and take process improvement and Merchants’ feedback, input and requests back to the Product and Engineering teams
• Provide ongoing education and technical assistance to internal teams and OpenBorder merchants

• 2+ years experience in project management & engineering

We are seeking a Test Engineer to join our team who will be responsible for testing automation solutions built using UiPath and Alteryx. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both tools and experience in software testing methodologies. 

• Design and develop test cases for automation workflows created in UiPath and Alteryx. 
• Execute test plans and scenarios for all functional areas of our products. 
• Identify, document, and track software defects found during testing. 
• Work closely with developers to ensure defects are correctly identified and fixed. 
• Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved. 
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing automation processes.

Pay Range: Upto - $2500/month

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement user interface components and web applications using React, Redux, and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and translate them into high-quality code.
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability while ensuring application security.
• Maintain and improve website, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high performance across all devices.
• Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and enforce software development best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to apply them into operations and activities.
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 7+ years of engineering experience, with a significant portion dedicated to front-end development in an agile environment.
• Exceptional programming skills with comprehensive experience in React, Redux, and TypeScript.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Experience with prototyping tools like Figma for designing and iterating on UI/UX designs.
• Familiarity with module bundlers, such as Webpack, and understanding of front-end optimization and performance techniques.
• Comfortable with submitting to a background and reference check.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment.

About the Role:

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be mainly working with our customer support team to fix customer bugs and work on creating internal workflows to make other team members more productive (setting up metrics dashboards, building internal tools, etc.). There's an emphasis on being highly available on Slack so we can respond to users quickly
