Responsibilities

• Assess current technology used and develop steps and processes to improve
• Work alongside account management, operations, customer service and data teams to monitor product performance and resolve bugs/issues
• Monitor merchant’s international site performance, ensure smooth performance, and take process improvement and Merchants’ feedback, input and requests back to the Product and Engineering teams
• Provide ongoing education and technical assistance to internal teams and OpenBorder merchants
• Support the Sales and Product teams in introducing OpenBorder solutions to merchants and partner

• 2+ years experience in project management & engineering
• 2+ years experience in solution design / integration with direct client interaction, in SaaS-based environment - technical sales or solutions engineer role preferred
• BS/Master’s degree in Computer Science or another technical field
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Firm understanding of systems integration concepts and API implementation
• Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and sales enablement needs is a plus
• Established problem-solving skills and troubleshooting abilities
• 1+ previous experience in eCommerce and Logistics/Operations environment is key
• Knowledge on Shopify and other eCommerce solutions is key

Strategic Analytics is a growing team at Arch that designs and builds analytics and automation tools for users across Arch’s insurance operation. The team’s mission is to improve employee engagement, productivity, and responsiveness to facilitate growth. To be successful, we need create efficient business workflows that incorporate innovative technologies, such as: RPA, AI-powered intelligent document processing, data enrichment via third-party sources, and assisted decision making based on analytics.

As RPA Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and establishing automation capabilities at Arch Insurance. You will support the RPA team with solution definition, build and implementation of RPA opportunities across Operations, Claims, Finance and Underwriting teams. This includes coordinating with Business SME’s and members of the Strategic Analytics (SA) team.

• Solution Development - building solutions in accordance with standard and internal design principles, conventions, and best practice using RPA
• Solution Design - working closely with the RPA Business Analyst as well as directly with business stakeholders to deeply understand the current state and design the most efficient and optimal to-be solution.
• Optimization - adopting continuous improvement mindset to all business processes
• Impact Analysis - awareness of how changes, including new or updated processes and automations will impact the business operations and customers.

• Completed studies in (business) informatics, mathematics, business administration with a mathematical focus or a comparable qualification
• Hands-on experience with the Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) Tool and Oracle Watchlist Screening (OWS)

The developer is responsible for design, construction and unit testing of ServiceNow Forms. The candidate will collaborate with Business Analysts and SMES to perform detailed requirement analysis. The candidate will provide production implementation and post-production support for ServiceNow Forms and other User Experience aspects of ServiceNow.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, architecture, maintenance and enhancement of ServiceNow Forms.
• Create and maintain the current state of the ServiceNow platform architecture documentation
• Gather requirements, analyze the impact of new requirements, and configure the new requirements on the ServiceNow platform as per ITIL best practices.
• Develop technical design documents.
• Create well-structured test plans and coordinate testing activities, identify, document, and track software defects. Perform and facilitate regression testing of resolved defects.
