We are seeking an exceptional Senior Software Engineer & Open Source Leader to join our Open Source Program Office (OSPO) team. As a seasoned developer with a passion for open source communities, you will be responsible for leading by example in the development process, mentoring junior developers, and fostering positive relationships within open source ecosystems. Your technical expertise in Python, Golang, Kubernetes, OpenStack, and related technologies will be instrumental in shaping the direction of our open source projects and products.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Lead a team of developers in their open source contributions, providing guidance on best practices, coding standards, and code reviews.
• Community Engagement: Engage with open source communities to build relationships, resolve issues, and drive adoption of our software solutions.
• Mentorship & Coaching: Mentor junior developers, sharing your expertise and experience to help them grow professionally.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with internal development and product management teams to ensure seamless integration of open source contributions into our products and services.
• Code Quality: Ensure that all open source contributions meet high standards of code quality, following best practices for testing, documentation, and maintainability.
• Software Architecture: Leverage your expertise in distributed systems, APIs, and cloud native architectures to make the best decisions on code and systems architectures.

Job Overview:

As an Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager, the job will play a crucial role in supervising the sales activities from promotions up to purchase orders.

This job involves maintaining and generating businesses in the Philippines.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise all sales activities.
• Regular meetings with potential customers and Suppliers.
• Generate new sales. Sourcing for all potential suppliers and customers for the Philippines market.
• Responsible for the procurement from chemical manufacture companies in PH.
• Maintaining existing businesses with Philippines suppliers and customers.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
• Provide market insight for the sales of the company’s products.

• Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Science, Marketing, or any related courses.
• With at least 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Must have a background working in the chemical trading industry or manufacturing of raw materials industry.
• Having experience in trading/selling basic commodity/ chemical raw materials is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and fluency in English.
• Detail-oriented, humble, and has initiative to perform.
